rzen	dea77c3459	Place Duplicate and Save as Template in the read-only lock's scope ... Both whole-board copies were absent from the lock's command enumeration, staying enabled while the source tree was gone, unknown, or unwritable and while the lock suppressed their required close flush. Settled: Duplicate disables in every lock state; Save as Template disables except under the unwritable-location lock, where reading the board into Application Support is a legitimate copy-out with a vacuous flush precondition.
