Dan Price built a cult following with Moonlight Chronicles, a self-published journal-zine, before Ten Speed Press collected his approach into this 128-page guide. Every page is hand-drawn and hand-lettered rather than typeset, so the book demonstrates the loose, sketchy, unprecious style of journaling it's teaching rather than just describing it. Short enough to read in one sitting, and more of a nudge to start than a rulebook.
