Shortlisted 10. Two items were demoted off the shortlist by the fact-check
step rather than before it — the Coleman stove's Snow Peak IGT compatibility
is not a claim Coleman makes (and it is backorder-only), and Shortverse is a
filmmaker hosting platform, not the viewer-facing short-film streamer it
looked like. Both stay as finds, honestly written.

Shortverse's sitemap lists roughly 25,800 films across Films, People, and Festivals browse pages — closer to a festival-circuit database than a curated shortlist. It doubles as infrastructure for filmmakers: each film gets a page for festival laurels, cast and crew, and press links, plus tools to submit to festivals and run private screeners before a public premiere. That dual purpose means access varies per title — a filmmaker marks their film Free, Premiere (release-dated), or Subscription-gated, so browsing doesn't guarantee everything plays instantly.
