The cylindrical design made it a natural fit for the sci-fi look of Ghost in the Shell (2017), which filmed a scene in the atrium. It's still a lived-in Housing Society estate with a guard checking resident cards at the entrance, so visitors are limited to the ground-floor courtyard and should keep noise and camera use to a minimum — it's someone's home, not an attraction.

The Pharos Gate is the seventh and final volume, published by Chronicle Books in 2016 alongside a 25th-anniversary edition of the original, finally resolving whether the two lovers ever meet in person. The mechanism is the whole point — it doesn't survive translation to a screen.

The distinct lines get stitched into an A4 PDF titled after the video. It's a free, self-hosted script rather than a hosted service: it needs Node 20+, `yt-dlp` and `ffmpeg` on your `PATH`, and your own Anthropic API key to run.
