 **Why cluster and not a single bundle.** The backlog check fired properly this time. Yesterday's run declined to cluster on the argument that the 07-25 cluster run was two days old and had already exhausted the honest axes; today the pool stands at 37 shortlisted-and-unbundled, twelve of them captured this morning across four genuinely new axes (design-as-information, hands-on places, exposed mechanisms, OS-native software). Three days and one full capture run later, the objection has expired.
