Wrote 7 bundles from an unbundled-shortlist pool of 46 finds (the backlog had grown well past the ~25 threshold, so the skill directs a cluster run instead of a single themed bundle — and no weekly catch was due, the last one being 07-12).
Reuses across bundles: **0** (budget was ~20%, i.e. ~6 — every one of the 31 items placed is a first-time bundling, drawn straight from the invisible pool).

Bundles created:
- 2026-07-13-unreadable-until-it-wasnt: "Unreadable, until it wasn't" (5) — herculaneum-scroll-first-read, syntopicon-great-ideas-index, odyssey-1911-film, alfred-frueh-love-letter-gallery, stacks-hypercard. Through-line is legibility *restored*, which is what keeps it distinct from 07-09's "Brought back from the archive" (that one was about old things revived; this one is specifically about things nobody could read — carbonized, obscure, or written for a dead file format — until someone got them open).
- 2026-07-13-hard-cases-for-soft-cargo: "Hard cases for soft cargo" (3) — maxpedition-tactical-can-case, evergreen-56-dry-box, alpine-sea-everywhere-mini-pocket. Tight 3-item theme (containers judged by what happens to their contents); deliberately not padded up to 5 with knives/lights that would have blurred it.

Distinct from 07-07's "Open a tab, lose a happy minute" (idle toys) and 07-03's "Nothing to win here" (goal-less games): these are places you roam, not toys you poke.
- 2026-07-13-lighter-than-what-it-replaces: "Lighter than the thing it replaces" (4) — whimfiles, picview-image-viewer, mojave-paint, marked-ql-finder-preview. Each is the small native answer to one heavyweight (Finder, Preview, Photoshop, opening-an-app-at-all).

No honest theme held these together this run — they're a genuine grab-bag (a focus hotkey, a local LLM, a bird feeder, a kids' cardboard saw, a San Francisco hilltop), and padding a cluster with them would have wrecked the six that do hold. Note zen-mode-hammerspoon is uncovered only because it graduates to a review this run and will be visible that way.
