Marked QL is a $4.99 Quick Look extension that renders real Markdown previews — complete with Mermaid diagrams, inline math, and syntax-highlighted code — with just a spacebar press in Finder. No app has to open, and it works from Terminal too, since `qlmanage -p` calls the same preview.
