Wrote 7 bundles from a pool of 45 unbundled shortlisted finds (798 unbundled overall).
Reuses across bundles: 0 (budget: ~20%, i.e. ~7 items). Every item came from the unbundled pool, and no item appears in two of the new bundles.

Autonomous `cluster-bundles auto`, triggered by the pipeline's backlog check rather than a single `build-bundle`: the unbundled shortlisted pool had reached **45**, well past the ~25 threshold that says cluster instead. No weekly catch written — the cluster run supersedes it this time, and it homes far more of the backlog than a "week's catch" capped at 8 would have.

37 finds placed. Distinctness was the binding constraint this run, not the hero floor — the travel and pocket-carry angles are the most heavily bundled parts of the archive, so each cluster was checked against its nearest existing neighbour:
- **Saved by somebody's stubbornness** vs `2026-07-20-outlived-their-first-purpose`. That one is about buildings given a *new* job; this one is about things kept in their *old* state — rolled, not repurposed. Eco's library is the clearest case: opened exactly as he left it.
- **Structures you can suddenly see** vs `2026-07-12-maps-of-the-unmappable`. mycorrhizal-infrastructure-map would have fitted that bundle, but it was captured after it shipped and has sat heroless and unbundled for two runs. The angle here is rendering rather than cartography, which is why an anatomical print and a prose-rhythm colouriser sit alongside it.
- **Nothing has to be put away** vs `2026-07-08-nothing-slips-past` (a three-app capture bundle) and `2026-07-16-reshape-the-mac`. This is narrower than either: the shared virtue is the *absence of a filing step*.
- **Places that don't just sit there** vs `2026-07-22-somebody-marked-the-spot`, `2026-07-20-built-by-whoever-felt-like-it` and `2026-07-21-kept-because-somebody-decided-to` — the three closest neighbours in the whole archive. Those are about who *made* the thing; this is about what the place *does to a visitor on arrival*, which is why the whisper mirrors lead it. The thinnest of the seven at 3 heroes of 6 (50%, the same ratio the 07-24 bundle shipped at).
- **Wrapped as something else** vs `2026-07-09-more-than-the-outside-admits` and `2026-07-16-carry-a-second-job`. Nearest neighbour is the former; the distinction is concealment rather than dual purpose. All five items carry the `giftable` tag, which is a fair secondary read of the cluster.
- **Press play and stay a while** vs `2026-07-19-worlds-you-can-poke-at` and `2026-07-14-the-page-is-the-point` — passive watching versus interaction. Homes two of today's captures plus grace-cathedral-gaussian-splat, which the 07-24 run deliberately held back from the archives bundle as a poor fit.
Deferred cluster (redundancy, **not** the hero floor — it clears it at 2): **"Everything runs on your own machine"** — osaurus (H), open-minis (H), megaphone-on-device-mac-dictation, orate-mac-text-to-speech, imagin-raw-photo-browser. Five genuinely strong local-first finds, but the angle is close to a straight re-run of `2026-07-11-nothing-leaves-the-device`, and writing a near-duplicate theme to clear a backlog is the wrong trade. Revisit when either a sharper axis emerges or more of these carry heroes; three of the five are heroless today.
Uncovered shortlisted finds (8): crkt-hangpry-titanium-pry-bar (the pocket-carry angles are saturated — `2026-07-04-milled-for-the-pocket`, `2026-05-03-single-virtue-tools`, `2026-07-16-carry-a-second-job` all cover it, and it deserves better than a seventh variation), emirates-u-dream-headrest (a strong find with no companions — the travel-comfort cluster needs one or two more captures before it's honest), powerhouz-starship-home-dashboard, quote-the-people-have-spoken, plus the four deferred local-first apps counted under the deferred cluster above. None was padded into a cluster to make the numbers look better.
Ineligible (alcohol/tobacco), excluded from the pool up front rather than counted as uncovered: do-your-whisky-whiskey-making-kit (a whisky-ageing kit — categorically ineligible) and fieldbar-mini-bar (a drinks-cooler "mini bar"; the find copy is about cold-retention hardware, but the product framing is bar-adjacent and the charter says skip when in doubt). Both stay published and keep any bundle spots they already hold.
