description: "A modular titanium EDC pen — currently a Kickstarter campaign — whose magnetically-linked segments split into a 3-mode flashlight, a dual-tip marking tool, and a waterproof magazine for driver bits."

VeroLite's segments click together magnetically into a pen, but pull them apart and you get a detachable 3-mode flashlight, a marking module with a graphite tip good for miles of writing on one end and a glass-breaking tungsten-carbide tip on the other, and a sealed, waterproof magazine holding three swappable driver bits. A built-in pry bar and a bit-format blade that swaps without exposing your fingers to the edge round it out. It's currently a Kickstarter campaign, with pledges starting at $85.
