+Roborock's Saros Z70 adds RetractSense: a small robotic arm mounted on top that extends down and physically moves socks, charging cables, and other small obstructions out of its path before the brush bar ever reaches them. Most robot vacuums only detect clutter and steer around it, leaving the item where it lay; this one clears the floor as it goes. The dock still handles the self-empty, mop-wash, and dry cycle, so intervention drops even further.
