description: "New London opening from the teams behind Elm and Bambi — flame-grilled flavours from Abruzzo in a theatrical Marylebone dining room."
---
Self-funded by the operators (rare in this segment) which gives the room a sharper editorial point of view than a typical investor-backed opening. The food leans into Abruzzo's woodfire and lamb traditions; the room is designed as a kind of intimate theatre with sight-lines to the kitchen flame. Worth the booking effort if you are in London.
