Surfaced by general observation rather than a credit: tracing an Open Culture post about 19th-century Japanese anatomical woodblock prints led to UCSF's Japanese Woodblock Print Collection hosted here, with a full public-domain IIIF scan. That is the exact shape of the site's strongest archive finds (`the-last-museum-art-archive`, `david-rumsey-map-collection`, `john-margolies-americana-archive`), and unlike most nominees it is a permanent primary source with free-to-use imagery, which also solves heroes for history-and-archives finds. Caveat worth weighing before vetting: it has no editorial feed, so it would need a "new collections" or search-based fetch path rather than a cadence scan.
