A corn tortilla three meters across, mounted on fiberglass in Tlalnepantla de Baz and certified by Ripley's in 2013, not meant to be eaten but sculpted. Art teacher Enrique Ramos spent months carving its surface into 450 microminiature scenes in raw corn dough: revolutionary monuments, folk dances, cinema stars, pre-Hispanic masks. By the time he finished, the tortilla weighed 400 kilograms.
