Lunacy is a native Swift player with a built-in emulation engine that runs that original module, unchanged — you supply your own copy of the module, drag it onto the app, and it plays at full screen with an optional CRT shader. It requires macOS 13 Ventura or later and ships as a universal binary, currently at v1.1.1.
