Chosen over a public-domain-archives cluster (john-margolies, naturalists-library, venetian-bridge-fights, clipart-studio) because the home feed already ran archive-leaning bundles on 07-13 and 07-14, whereas the last retro-computing bundle was 07-09 — so retro reads fresher on the feed. Titanium-EDC cluster held: only 3 buyable shortlisted items (the strongest — comandi, still-pen — are Kickstarter/pre-order and ineligible), and "milled-for-the-pocket"/"carry-with-a-trick" already cover the theme.
